Each attendee should only receive one sample and attend your booth one time during the event. This will help your samples that you bring to last longer through the day. We will have a stamp card for each attendee that you or the Band Member assigned to your table can stamp to show that they have already tasted your delicious food.
We want our vendors to participate and not absorb all "sample" costs by yourself. We will be selling tickets. Each ticket is worth $1.00. You can set the "ticket price" for your sample, and we will give back a percentage of the tickets you "sell/collected" with you.
Book your spot, July 1st to 31st. 25% of tickets collected at your table will be reimbursed to you.
Book your spot, August 1st to 30th. 20% of tickets collected at your table will be reimbursed to you.
Book your spot, September 1st to 20th. 15% of tickets collected at your table will be reimbursed to you.
Special note: All bottled drinks (soft drinks, bottled water) are not to be provided at your table. The Band Program will have EXCLUSIVE rights to drink items at the event. Samples of restaurant drinks are allowed, but only in small, one gulp quantities that they pay for with a ticket.
