Pre-Order Marching Band Meals for Games & Competitions

Throughout the marching band season, students can pre-order meals for both home and away football games and competitions. Meal prices range from $8–$12, meals generally include an entrée, a side, and a drink, and vegetarian options are available.

All Home Game Pre-order forms are now live in the Parent Portal!

Please note: All ordering deadlines are firm, late orders will not be accepted. Ordering in advance helps ensure your student has a meal ready on busy game and competition days.

To make planning easier:

• All home football game meals are now available for purchase. 
• Away game and competition meals will be posted as soon as we receive the schedules and catering information.
• Purchase links and reminders will be shared on the website and the Band App.

If a meal is not pre-ordered by the deadline, students may:

• Purchase food at the event (please note that concession lines are often very long, and students have limited time to eat), or

• Bring a meal from home.

How to Order for Home Games (For PRHS Band Members):

1. Log in to the PRHS Bands Website

2. Click Parent Portal

3. Select My Forms

4. Complete your meal purchase(s)

Away game links will be shared as soon as we receive them, the hosting school controls the menu and order deadline.
