You're Invited! Meals to Missions Kickoff Meeting

This year, we're excited to launch a brand-new fundraiser that gives our students the opportunity to make a difference far beyond the marching field.

Meals to Missions combines fundraising with service. Together with the PRHS Football team, our goal is to pack 10,000 nutritious, shelf-stable meals for families experiencing food insecurity while raising funds to support our outstanding band and guard program.

Join Us for the Kickoff Meeting! 

Monday, July 13, 7:30 p.m.
Orchestra Room 

At the meeting, you'll learn:

• How the fundraiser works
• Simple ways your family can participate
• Easy fundraising tips to help us reach our goal
• The incredible impact this project will have on both our students and families in need

Why It Matters

Every dollar raised supports two important missions:

• Fighting hunger by providing meals for families in our local community and in Ghana.
• Supporting PRHS Bands by helping fund equipment, uniforms, transportation, music, props, educational opportunities, and other program needs that are not fully covered by school funding.

Whether you choose to fundraise, volunteer, donate, or simply help spread the word, your participation makes a meaningful difference. Every family can play a part, and together we can accomplish something truly special.

We'll provide everything you need to be successful, and we hope every family will join us to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
