Volunteers Needed – Help Us Prepare for Meals to Missions!

PRHS Band Families,

Our Meals to Missions Packing Party is almost here, and we need your help! We're looking for parents and students to assist with setup before, during, and after the event. No experience is necessary. The event will be in the PRHS Commons. 

Set-up Crew
• Monday, August 3, 2:30–4:30 p.m.

Meal Packing Crew
• Monday, August 3, 5:30–7:30 p.m.

Cleanup Crew
• Monday, August 3, 7:30–8:30 p.m.

Whether you can volunteer for one shift or more, your help will make this event a success. This is a wonderful opportunity for families to serve together while supporting PRHS Bands and helping provide meals to families in need.
