Attendance
Attendance is IMPERATIVE. Attendance plays a huge role into whether or not your student can perform at our shows during the season, future opportunities and awards within the band, and lettering eligibility at the end of the year. Your student is required to be at every marching band event.
IF there is a conflict with any scheduled marching band event, the directors must be made aware AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Email us at prhsbandsattendance@gmail.com
COMMUNICATION IS KEY. If we do not know where your student is - we may not know whether they are safe or where they need to be.
DEMERIT SYSTEM
A way to hold students accountable. Not a means of punishment but, simply accountability. We are mimicking what sports do and if you receive Infractions - you lose game time.
Review the demerit policy
VOLUNTEERING [Mandatory]
We need parent participation! We can't do this without our volunteers. We have many opportunities for all schedules. A little from everyone spreads the load and increases the fun and efficiency! Expect to volunteer at 3 times. Volunteer expectation are embedded into the dues.
Review the many opportunities to volunteer/chaperone during band camp and the season here or reach out to Chevy Burns or Andrea Dentley on the band app!
