Savannah Competition Schedule

MARCHING BAND: Savannah/Richmond Hill Updates and information:
We will be staying in TWO different hotels that are right next to each other. Half of our students will be staying in one and, the other half will be in the other. Most likely female students will be at one location and the male students will be at the other. In addition, we have chaperones, staff and parents that will be staying with the students as well. The addresses for both hotels are listed below:

October 25 - 26 (Breakfast will be provided):

Saturday, October 25, 2025 (expect this to be pushed back an hour)

8:00am: Call-time at PRHS

8:30am - 9:30am: Rehearsal, quick warm-up and run through of our performance for that evening

9:30am - 10:45am: Load trailers, get ready, eat lunch, pack our things

11:00am: Attendance Lines

11:15am: Departure to Richmond Hill HS

1:15pm: Approx. meal stop/bathroom break

1:45pm: Leave meal-stop

5:00pm: Approx. Arrival at Richmond Hill HS, unload trailers, warm-up, get ready, go to the bathroom

7:00pm: Approx. Performance time! (for the last time!)

9:30pm: Awards

10:30pm: Depart from RHHS to our hotels for the evening. (Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn, Richmond Hill)

12:00am: Lights out - no one allowed in or out of their rooms

Sunday, October 26, 2025, day out in Savannah and/or Tybee Island

8:00am - Wake-up, Breakfast

9:00am - Downstairs w/ all luggage ready to go

9:15am - depart to Tybee Island (if parking allows, first come first serve bus parking)  

9:45am - arrive at North Beach

10:00am - enjoy Tybee Island beach, bring a different change of clothes

11:30am - call-time at the buses

11:45am - Depart Tybee Island 

12:15pm - Arrive in Savannah, GA, eat lunch on your own - lots of food options. Always travel in groups, never alone.

4:00pm - Call-time at the buses

4:15pm - Depart Savannah, GA for PRHS

7:00pm - Approx. Meal/Bathroom Stop

8:00pm - Depart Meal/Bathroom Stop

10:30pm - Approx. Arrival at PRHS, unload trailers, put all uniforms/instruments away

11:15pm - Approx. pick up time at PRHS
